Does it only work with email?

No. Email is one of the first surfaces, but SecureStamp is designed to verify origin, channel and declared intent across emails, domains, WhatsApp, Telegram, QR codes, links, official channels, internal systems and agents.

Does SecureStamp detect fraud?

SecureStamp does not claim to detect every fraud attempt. It helps reduce risk by checking registered origin, channel, technical signals and declared intent before action.

What does verified origin mean?

It means the origin is associated with a registered identity and validated through SecureStamp signals. It does not mean every requested action should automatically be executed.

Does SecureStamp read my emails?

Risk analysis can run locally on the device. Private message content does not need to leave the device to produce a trust signal.

Is it useful for companies?

Yes. Companies can register domains, emails, phones, bots and channels so customers, vendors, employees, systems and agents can recognize legitimate communications before replying, paying or sharing data.

How does this relate to AI agents and MCP?

SecureStamp is evolving toward trust checks for agents. The idea is that an agent can query trust signals before using tools, processing information, invoking APIs or executing sensitive actions. The technical specification lives on SecureStamp.org.

By accessing or using the SecureStamp service available at securestamp.online (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

Notice about certification (origin & integrity, not content)

SecureStamp seals and trust levels —including the highest, L5 Certified— certify the origin and integrity of a communication: that it matches a notarial record issued by SecureStamp and that the sender’s identity was verified via KYB. They do not certify the truth, accuracy, legality, or suitability of the content of the message, nor do they constitute a guarantee or advice about the underlying transaction. In Signal (Channel Trust), SecureStamp states registry facts (membership or not in a brand’s official perimeter) and never asserts intent. Always verify through official channels before paying or sharing data.

1. Service description

SecureStamp is a digital trust platform that helps verify origin, channel and declared intent before a communication becomes an action. The Service combines email and domain checks, declared official channels, trust checks, receipts and signals before sensitive operations. The service includes:

Browser plugin for webmail and compatible email clients
Verified domain management dashboard
Signal for WhatsApp, Telegram, links and declared official channels
Trust verification REST API and signals for workflows/agents
Cryptographic PostalStamp system for registered domains

2. Account registration

To access advanced features you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
All activities performed under your account
Immediately notifying unauthorized account use to security@securestamp.online

Creating accounts on behalf of third parties without explicit authorization is not permitted.

3. Plans and billing

3.1 Free plan

The Free plan is available at no charge and includes 100 verifications per month and basic plugin access. SecureStamp reserves the right to modify Free plan limits with 30 days prior notice.

3.2 Paid plans

Starter ($19/month) and Business ($79/month) plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is processed at the start of each billing period. In case of payment failure, service may be downgraded to the Free plan after a 7-day grace period.

3.3 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use and prohibited uses

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Perform mass scraping or automated access without prior authorization
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Impersonate identities or register domains you do not own
Interfere with the integrity or security of the Service
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization

In addition, because SecureStamp is a trust platform, the following is expressly prohibited:

Forging, replicating, reusing, or tampering with seals, tokens, trust levels, Trust Receipts, the headersHash, or any notarial proof issued by SecureStamp.
Misrepresenting a trust level (including L5 Certified) or a Signal verdict, or using them to induce anyone to pay, transfer funds, or hand over data.
Using SecureStamp to legitimize, conceal, or lend an appearance of authenticity to fraudulent, phishing, or impersonation communications.
Circumventing, spoofing, or poisoning the trust engine, reports, counter-stamps, or the brand perimeters declared in Signal, or making claims about channels you do not control.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or cancellation without refund, plus revocation of the associated seals.

5. Intellectual property

All content, source code, trademarks, logos, designs and elements of the Service are the exclusive property of SecureStamp or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or use without express authorization is prohibited. The SSTP (SecureStamp Trust Protocol) is open source under the Apache-2.0 license, available at securestamp.org.

6. Privacy and personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you accept said policy.

7. Service availability

SecureStamp strives to maintain 99.5% monthly availability. However, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted Service availability. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with 24-hour advance notice where possible. Enterprise plans include contractual SLA with specific guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SecureStamp shall not be liable for:

Economic, data or business losses arising from use or inability to use the Service
Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
Third-party actions resulting in phishing or other fraudulent activities, even if the Service was used for their evaluation

SecureStamp is an assistance and verification tool. The final decision to trust a communication, channel, verdict, receipt or action always rests with the user.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the notification period implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. SecureStamp may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction.
